Everyone goes home safe
Safety starts before a worker reaches your site. We check, prepare and support every person we place, and we back up your site rules from our side.
Tickets checked
White Card, VOCs and high-risk work licences are sighted and recorded before anyone is placed.
Right PPE
Workers arrive with their own boots, hi-vis and the PPE their trade needs.
Site inductions
Every worker completes your site induction and follows your SWMS and site procedures.
Fit for work
Workers are expected to turn up fit for work, rested and free of drugs and alcohol.
Report it early
Hazards, near misses and incidents are reported straight away, to you and to us, so they get fixed.
Stop if unsafe
Our workers are encouraged to stop and speak up if a task isn't safe, without any comeback.
Working with our clients
As a labour hire company, we share safety duties with the businesses we supply workers to.
Before a placement we talk with you about the site, the tasks and the risks involved, and we stay in contact throughout the job. If something changes on site, or a worker raises a concern, we work with you to sort it out quickly.
