Built on site experience
Munster Workforce is a Sydney labour hire company started by people who have spent their careers in construction.
Munster Workforce was set up by directors with over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry.
Between us we have worked across almost every part of the industry, from civil projects such as roads, drainage and subdivisions through to high-end residential builds where the finish has to be right. We have seen what makes a site run well, and most of the time it comes down to having the right people.
We started Munster Workforce to give builders and civil contractors a labour hire company that understands the work, and to give good workers a company that looks after them.
What you can expect from us
We're a new company, and we intend to earn our reputation one placement at a time.
We know the work
We understand what a role involves on site because we've done it. When you tell us what you need, we know the questions to ask.
Right person, first time
We only put forward workers who suit the job, with their tickets and experience checked before they start.
Quick to respond
Short-notice requests are part of construction. We answer the phone and come back to you quickly.
Straight talking
If we can supply the right person, we'll tell you. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
One point of contact
You deal with the same people from your first call through to timesheets and invoicing.
Safety first
Every worker is prepared, ticketed and expected to follow your site rules. Read about safety.
Looking after our crew
Good workers are the business. We want the people who work with us to stay with us.
That means steady work where we can find it, fair and on-time pay, honest information about each job before you start, and someone to call if anything goes wrong on site.
Whether you're a general labourer, a carpenter, a formworker or an operator, we want to hear from you. Join our crew.
